Welcome to the Terms of Agreement
(the "Agreement" or "User Agreement")
Usage of our site and order of our products assume acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our services.
Usage of our site means that you accept our policies. Please ensure you read our Returns Policy,and our Shipping Policy for other relevant information.
Shipping Policy
Our shipping times vary.
For the USA and Canada, shipping is:
5- 9 business days on Jamaican Stone orders.
5-14 business days on all other orders in store
For all other countries, shipping is:
5-12 business days on all products.
All orders are subject to customs delay at the respective ports of entry. We also have no responsibility for carrier delay times.
Refund Policy
We do not accept refunds on the products in our store. If there is a defect as with condoms, then a manufacturers return will have to be done. This will be done on a case by case basis.
We thank you for your order, but please be sure of your purchase as we will not enact refunds except int he case we cannot supply your order.
